Enterprise software has a quiet failure mode. The pilot works, the demo lands, and then the system stalls somewhere between the proof of concept and the production environment — usually at the point where it has to touch real data, real permissions, and real accountability.

The problem we built against
Across 28 enterprise engagements, we kept meeting the same three costs.
The integration tax. Most of the budget in a "software project" isn't spent building the thing. It's spent connecting it — to the ERP, the CRM, the data warehouse, the identity provider, the four systems nobody documented. That cost recurs with every new tool.
Rented capability. Point solutions solve one workflow well and leave the organization with no accumulated capability. Cancel the subscription and the capability leaves with it, along with the process knowledge encoded in someone else's product.

What is this?
A composable platform for building, running, and governing intelligent business applications inside your own environment. Four layers, each independently useful and designed to be owned by the client rather than leased.
Data fabric
A governed access layer over existing systems — warehouse, ERP, CRM, document stores — with lineage, permissioning, and retention inherited from source rather than reimplemented per application. Applications read through it; they don't copy data out of it.
Agent layer

Orchestration
Where the operating rules live: routing, approvals, human-in-the-loop checkpoints, retries, and rollback. Business logic is declared and versioned here rather than buried in application code, so a policy change is a configuration change.
Interface
Composable surfaces — internal consoles, customer-facing flows, or embedded components inside tools people already use. The interface is deliberately the thinnest layer, because it's the one most likely to be replaced.
What actually changes
Pilot and production are the same system. Governance, observability, and permissions are present from the first prototype. Promotion is a scope change, not a rebuild.
Integration compounds instead of repeating. The second application on the platform inherits the connections the first one established. In our early deployments, time-to-value for application two ran [30%] shorter than application one.
The client owns the asset. Deployment sits in the client's cloud, on open standards, with the data model and business logic exportable. No lock-in premium at renewal, because there's nothing to hold hostage.
Every decision is auditable. For regulated environments, agent actions carry a traceable record of inputs, tools called, and the authorizing identity — the difference between an AI system that passes review and one that never leaves the sandbox.
Who it's for
Organizations with [500+] employees running multiple legacy systems, where processes cross departmental boundaries and compliance requirements make black-box tooling a non-starter. Strongest early results have come from [target sectors — e.g. financial services, logistics, healthcare operations].
It is not the right fit for teams looking for a single-workflow tool with no integration requirements. A point solution will be faster and cheaper, and we'll say so.

Frequently asked questions
How is this different from a low-code platform? Low-code platforms optimize for building screens and simple flows quickly. This platform optimizes for governed execution across existing enterprise systems, with agentic reasoning and audit as first-class concerns rather than add-ons.
Do we have to replace our current systems? No. The data fabric reads through to systems you already run. Replacement is a decision you can make later, on its own merits.
Can our internal team maintain it? That's the intent. Deployments are built on open standards with the data model and logic exportable, and we run knowledge transfer as part of delivery. Many clients keep us for managed services; none are required to.
How does it handle security and compliance? It deploys inside your environment and inherits your identity provider and data controls. Every agent action is logged with its authorizing identity, inputs, and tools invoked.
